With TMV3 approval - the thermostat is engineered to a high standard so that it meets government Health & Safety requirements for use in public places such as schools, hospitals, offices and etc. and would significantly reduce the risk of scalding occurring in the home of indeed anywhere that hot water is delivered through mixing valves.
