FREE DELIVERY - If you spend over £100 per order SMR Bathrooms will add no additional fee for delivery. So the price you see is the price you pay. Orders under £100 inc VAT will usually incur a delivery charge of £10 inc VAT. Please see our Delivery Page for additional details and any exceptions.

INTERNET PRICES - Very simply we offer fantastic prices across a huge range of products. On many brands we offer up to 40% off the retail price of our goods. Most items on our website will show you the RRP (recommended retail price), the amount saved and the YOU PAY price which is our Inc VAT price.

14 DAYS RETURN POLICY - Unlike most high street or internet suppliers, we offer a 14 days return policy. So you get trade prices and the chance to check out the our products before you commit. Please see our Returns Policy page for details and any exceptions. Generally the only exceptions are bespoke products or products specifically made to order.

BRAND NAMES - At SMR Bathrooms we offer quality brand names with manufacturers' guarantees. Brand names such as Bristan, Crosswater and Hudson Reed.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT - We're not shy about telling customers our telephone number. You can place your order over the telephone or online, whichever is easiest for you. QUICK DELIVERY - All products should have a specified delivery time against them. With most taps and showers this is just a few days. If you are unsure or need particularly fast delivery, please contact us, we'll do our best to service your needs.

WIDE RANGE - We have over 2500 products on our website covering taps, showers, heated towel rails, designer and cast iron radiators.

BESPOKE SERVICE - On some products we are able to offer bespoke services, a good example of this would be our UK manufactured Heated Towel Rails . We can make many bespoke models, from an adjustment so an existing model will fit under a windowsill to bespoke designs for customers specific projects.

EST. 2002 - SMR Bathrooms was established way back in 2002, in terms of the internet we've been around a long time, so you can buy in confidence knowing we'll be here to support our customers as required. Thank you once again for the excellent service. All items were delivered within 48 hours and I placed the order on a Saturday! When I exchanged the outlet valves in order to meet my perceived requirements the exchange was completed without any extra charges. Finally once I realised my original order was what I actually required the valves were replaced without any fuss and as an added bonus you double checked I had not fitted the thermostats on the wrong side of the radiator. Super service and support throughout. I cannot recommend your service highly enough and would happily reassure any of your future customers that they will not be disappointed the quality of the goods or the service.
P.S. The radiators look really good and heat up very quickly. Heat output seems as good as a standard radiator and as they are around 6ft high you can feel the heat as you walk past them. Once it is cold enough I will let you know how quickly the heat the rooms up.
