We recommend all TRV's are installed on the flow, rather than the return pipework of a radiator. When used in conjunction with a system automatic bypass valve, this thermostatic valve can be installed on either the flow or return in any orientation. System automatic bypass valves are a specific building regulation requirement for all new installations and boiler upgrades. All bi-directional TRV's from any manufacturer require the bypass valve to function correctly and thus avoid radiator hammer.

How long do I have to return my goods?
At SMR Bathrooms, we want to give you as long as possible to decide that you have the right radiators. To achieve this we offer a 14 days return period on any stock items. This means you have double the amount of time over the legal standard to return goods to us. The only exception to this is for customised radiators, these cannot be returned.

How do I go about returning items to you?
The first step is to contact our customer service department, they will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If emailing customer services you will need to supply your name, order number, items to be returned and the reason for return.

The next step is to have the items returned to us. We appreciate that not everyone has access to a courier, so we recommend We Deliver The World. A helpful website that will scout out the best possible courier quote to suit your needs.
