| Shower Guard for New Glass | Showerguard is a revolutionary new product for your bathroom or wet-rooms shower glass, porcelain, ceramic tiles and mirrors. When used in your own home, you'll see why this has become the most durable labour saving product in bathroom glass protection to combat lime-scale.
Showerguard for new glass is supplied with the following items. 1x 30ml bottle of Showerguard, 1x 30ml bottle of Pre-clean, 1 pre-clean application cloth (white), 1 Showerguard application cloth (blue) and 1 pair of latex protection gloves.
Before applying you Showerguard for New Glass, clean thoroughly with the pre-cleaning solution and pre cleaning cloth (white) to remove dirt, grease and finger prints from your chosen surface. We recommend you us the protective gloves provided, to avoid any further finger-print marking on the surface during this preparation process. As Showerguard can only adhere to totally clean and dry glass, your glass will advise when this is complete and ready for Showerguard to be applied, as streak formation will no longer be evident.
Once pre-cleaning is complete and your surface has dried, spray Showerguard onto the inside glass surface ensuring good coverage and even distribution. Simply spread over the surface with the blue coating cloth (provided) to ensure the glass surface has been covered in it's entirety.
A chemical reaction is immediately actioned within Showerguard after this has been applied. Nano-particles form a strong bond with the glass surface, allowing the coating to become inert. Also by giving 24hrs at 20°C or room temperature without use, not only will allow the rapid bonding process time to take place between your glass and the coating, but will provide you with fantastic results for the future.
Once used, your Showerguard protection goes into action immediately inhibiting and defending against the adhesion of lime-scale and other contaminants. Frequency of cleaning will be dictated by the conditions, water content and use. To leave your bathroom with the best possible results every time, we advise to Wipe down with rubber blade after each use to remove repelled lime-scale. Combined with the use of an appropriate glass cleaner and a soft cleaning implement, residue build up will be removed quickly and easily. Enjoy the time that you've saved! |
